Wazlio treats personal information carefully. We collect what we need to vet members, run the marketplace, and contact you about access — your name, email, phone, and the role you join as. We don't sell your information.

Privacy is built in, and it protects PEOPLE rather than properties. Verified investors can view a listing and its address — that is how a deal is evaluated — but the seller is never named, and the wholesaler's full write-up unlocks only once an offer is accepted. Wholesalers never see investor identity on incoming offers, only an anonymous label. Public share links show the county only. Private money lenders see the deal, never the wholesaler.
