Terms of service

Wazlio provides a subscription marketplace for off-market real estate listings and offers. It is not a brokerage, escrow agent, title company, or lender, and it does not provide legal, financial, or title services. Access is limited to vetted, approved members.

Membership is billed monthly, on a 12-month term, at the rate shown for your role on the membership page. Wholesaler accounts are invite-only. Listings, asking prices, and figures are supplied by members and are subject to verification; Wazlio does not guarantee any listing, value, or outcome.

Every membership begins with a free period, and the 12-month term starts when that period ends — not on the day you sign up. It is 30 days for a standard membership, or 6 months if Wazlio offers you a tester seat. The free period is counted from the day we approve your account rather than the day you apply, so a longer review never shortens it. A payment method is collected at signup even though nothing is charged while the free period runs, and billing begins automatically once it ends.

Because membership runs for 12 months, the payment portal does not include a self-service cancel button, and it does not let you switch plans. That is by design, not an oversight. The portal is where you update your card and billing details and where your invoices are kept. To end or change your membership, email support@wazlio.com and we will handle it with you.
