How verification works

  1. 1Create your account. Persona verification and business document uploads are not required during initial registration.
  2. 2Verify your identity. Complete the identity verification process through Persona.
  3. 3Submit applicable business documents. Wholesalers submit their LLC documents. Investors operating through an LLC submit their LLC documents as well. Investors without an LLC can complete verification as individuals.
  4. 4Receive your badge after approval. Once Wazlio approves the required checks, your badge appears on your profile and, for wholesalers, your listings.
